Motorized Wire Wound Rod Drawdown Coaters are precision sample preparation machines. They are designed to provide both large and small laboratories with an affordable tool to make consistent and repeatable coated samples. The lab coater features a coating bed that uses a sheet of float plate glass to provide consistently flat and smooth coatings. Simple swing arm design and rod loading slots makes this machine easy to use and cleanup a snap. Additionally, foam sheets are provided to accommodate various coating needs. The EC-200 Variable Speed Drawdown Coater provides machine-controlled preparation of laboratory samples for adhesive, coating, ink and sealant testing. It's simple operation and adjustable speed makes it the perfect shop floor tool to create consistent samples, as well as greatly reducing the "human" interface for improved repeatability.
